Description: Job Description : Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) in Chelmsford, MA is looking to hire a Quality Inspector Senior. The selected candidate will be responsible for the following: -Inspecting purchased parts and materials for conformity to standards, specifications, and processing requirements using predetermined methods and in some cases may determine methods and sequences. -Inspecting for proper identity and dimensions using such measuring devices as micrometers, gauges, and calipers. -Visually inspecting for obvious defects or damage such as corrosion, cracks, dents, scratches, and pits. -Verifying specifications using purchase orders, blueprints, drawing or inspection instructions, and checklists. -Making pass/fail decisions on inspected goods.
