The Radio Frequency (RF) group leader provides management, supervision, and technical oversight for a team of engineers and technicians supporting CEBAF accelerator operations, and other lab initiatives. Responsible for the supervision and the safety of the RF group personnel. Work with customers to develop planning, cost, and schedules to maintain reliable RF systems to support accelerator operations, address obsolescence issues, and lead state-of-the-art High Power RF (HPRF) and Low Level RF (LLRF) controls development. Ensure that the RF staff is up to date in safety training and following EHS policy, especially as it applies to hazardous energy control. Ensures the RF group follows and uses work planning tools (ePAS, ATlist and MSD) for all relevant tasks.
