Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Relationship Development Associate based in Reston, VA, with some flexibility for remote work. In this role, you will build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, assist with client outreach, and support fundraising and business development initiatives. Daily tasks include conducting research, preparing reports and presentations, managing communication efforts, and analyzing client feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to engage with clients, build relationships, and collaborate with the team
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Research to assess opportunities, solve problems, and support data-driven decision-making
- Experience in Fundraising to support growth and business development activities
- Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment and successfully balance in-office and remote work
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field
- Prior experience in client relations or business development is a plus
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to work
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
