Description SAIC is seeking an ESS/FRCS Network Administrator located in Manila, Philippines to support the USPACOM contract to secure operation, maintenance, and sustainment of Electronic Security Systems (ESS) and Facility Related Control Systems (FRCS). The focus of this position is on operational technology (OT); however, experience and expertise with information technology (IT) systems is required. Additional support locations may include Oahu, Hawaii, Guam, Japan, and Thailand. In this role you will support the development, implementation, and operation of ESS/FRCS networks on site. You will review and recommend upgrades, extensions, and recapitalization of the control system networks and participate in long-term site planning while ensuring physical facility operations remain uninterrupted.
