LMI is seeking a skilled Supply Chain Management Specialist at our client site in Arlington, VA. Successful LMI Supply Chain Consultant will demonstrate competency in Army audit, project execution, leadership critical thinking, relationship management, and business growth while upholding the highest standard of ethical behavior.

The candidate will work onsite at the Pentagon as a member of a team of consultants supporting the Army G-4's Major End Items Division responsible for policies, publications, and processes related to Class II, VII & VIII property management to include existence and completeness efforts of general equipment in support of financial reporting, audit and property accountability. The consultant should possess general knowledge of the Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) domain and experience with DoD logistics and supply chain management. Familiarity with DoD and Army audit, property book and unit supply policy, as well as overall Army policies and procedures is helpful. The candidate must be adept at researching complex supply chain and audit issues, analyzing supporting data, and be comfortable with facilitating meetings with opposing viewpoints across a variety of DoD and Army stakeholders across the audit domain. The candidate must be able to work autonomously, while also in a team environment, set high standards for personal performance, have strong organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and be able to work with minimal guidance, while maintaining flexibility in specific task adjustments. Position requires a DoD Secret clearance.

Target salary range: $85,000 - $130,000. Final compensation will be determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to your skills, experience, education, and/or certifications.
