You will be the Program Management Senior – Level 3 for the Classified Program Management Office which is responsible for end‑to‑end planning, execution, strategy, and management of a high‑impact classified program.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Program Management Senior – Level 3 you will be responsible for leading the program through all phases, building trusted customer relationships, and ensuring flawless delivery against contract requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:

• 
  
• Develop and nurture customer relationships, identifying and pursuing additional Lockheed Martin business opportunities.
  
• Serve as the primary interface with government, contractor leadership, and functional organizations, representing the effort at the highest level.
  
• Lead enterprise‑wide planning and execution strategy, coordinating contracts across a broader portfolio and establishing milestones.
  
• Own new‑business initiatives—including proposals and change recommendations—and drive them to successful outcomes.
  
• Monitor master schedules, integrate external timelines, apply risk‑management techniques, and ensure on‑time delivery of products and services.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN – This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree or Higher
• Project Management or Program Integration Experience
• Active Secret Clearance
Desired Skills:
- Contract / Proposal Experience
- Customer Relations Experience
- Supplier Management Experience
- Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or Control Account Management (CAM) experience
- Executive Presentation Experience
- Experience Defining and Using Metrics to Drive Performance
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
