Description
SAIC is seeking qualified applicants to support a cutting-edge data, analytics, and AI platform. Roles include managing customer relationships, service portfolio and catalog management, software engineering & development, data/AI engineering, IT systems operations, and use case intake and analytics for DoW enterprise-scale mission objectives expected in Spring/Summer 2026.
Positions are contingent pending contract award.
A majority of the opportunities are in the Washington DC Metropolitan Area (WDCMA). Some work may be performed remotely, subject to Government approval.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee execution of all OPSEC requirements exceeding NISPOM standards for the program.
  • Develop an OPSEC SOP Plan within 90 days of contract start and submit for Government approval.
  • Ensure the SOP Plan identifies critical information, responsible parties, protection methods, and storage requirements.
  • Implement the approved OPSEC SOP Plan in accordance with DoW regulations.
  • Coordinate activities across information systems, data processing, systems analysis, and programming to ensure OPSEC compliance.


Qualifications
Education and Experience:

OPSEC Level II certified

Bachelors & 5+ years of related experience, Masters & 3+ years of experience, or PhD

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Competencies:

  • Knowledge of OPSEC principles and NISPOM requirements.

  • Knowledge of appropriate data protection rules regarding sensitive data categories

  • Ability to develop OPSEC SOP Plans.

  • Competency in identifying critical information and defining protection and storage procedures.

  • Skill in implementing OPSEC SOPs in accordance with DoW regulations.

  • Ability to coordinate OPSEC processes across information systems, systems analysis, data processing, and programming functions.

  • Strong analytical and compliance focused mindset.

  • Ability to provide intelligence support for:
    • Contingency operations
    • Battle staff and operational-level planning
    • Joint and multi-lateral training exercises
    • Strategic engagement policy

  • Knowledge to assess future and on-going:
    • Political-military developments
    • Military capabilities and doctrine
    • Weapons acquisitions
    • Nation-specific employment of military forces

  • Skills to develop and maintain analytical procedures that:
    • Meet changing requirements
    • Ensure maximum operations
    • Support development and analysis of intelligence products
  • Skills to present analysis or products to customers.
