Job Description

Everforth ECS is seeking a Quality Specialist to work in the National Capital Region covering the Pentagon, Falls Church, and Fairfax . Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.

The War Data Platform (WDP) is a key initiative within the U.S. Department of War's (DoW) AI-First strategy introduced in early 2026. The WDP separates business and financial data from operational warfighting data, aiming to accelerate the deployment of artificial intelligence (AI) on the battlefield. The WDP extends to Unclassified, Secret, and Top Secret environments, and supports collaboration between Combatant Commands, Joint Staff directorates, Senior Executive Service leaders, and operational analysts.

• The Quality Specialist executes Quality Management Plan workflows across the WDP Core Integration Task Order, applying structured review, defect tracking, and corrective action disciplines to ensure that Government-facing deliverables, audit evidence packages, and program documentation consistently meet established content standards, acceptance criteria, and compliance requirements. In this role, the specialist contributes to a continuous audit-readiness posture by maintaining traceable review records, supporting root cause analysis activities, and updating dashboards and controlled repositories that sustain program transparency and Government oversight visibility.
• Executes the Quality Management Plan inside documented workflows that guide preparation, review, approval, and submission.
• Applies content and format standards and acceptance criteria to Monthly Status Reports, Project Management Plan updates, transition artifacts, and SOC1 evidence.
• Uses checklists to verify completeness, accuracy, and template conformance across narrative, figures, tables, and attachments.
• Records review findings in a log, assigns findings to owners, tracks status to closure, and maintains on-time and accuracy metrics for contractor-controllable steps.
• Captures defects, gathers facts, supports root cause analysis, drafts corrective and preventive actions, and updates evidence packages so auditors can see what changed and why.
• Updates dashboards, report packets, and version histories in controlled repositories to preserve traceability for Government oversight and Program Management Reviews.
• Produces accurate, audit-ready, and compliant documentation that supports mission execution and task performance across the Task Order and delivers measurable improvements in cycle time, defect prevention, and submission quality for command-level reporting.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
