Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full-time Early Career Property Analyst professional to support our Finance and Business Operations organization. In this role, you will perform property control analysis activities to ensure continual accountability of company, government, or associate contractor property in accordance with applicable corporate policy, customer requirements, or government regulations. You will interact with customers, federal oversight agencies and internal personnel while investigating, analyzing and resolving regulatory compliance issues. You will gain and apply a working knowledge and comprehension of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) as well supplements, contracts, Standards for the Guiding Principles of Property Management, and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) for property acquisition, use, and disposition. You will help to ensure compliance of major business systems and processes required to do business with domestic and international entities.
The selected candidate should be able to handle multiple assignments and achieve program goals and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A successful candidate will have knowledge of basic contracting agreements and have excellent communication and organizational skills.
Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or relation technical business field

Strong computer skills are required to include MS office applications and general proficiency with business applications is required

Experience with electronic database systems and to effectively use and leverage these technologies is required

Work in cross functional teams and collaborate effectively

Work effectively with management, peers and customers is required
Desired Skills:
• Knowledge of the different types of contracts (Fixed Price, Cost Reimbursable, etc.), contract structure and the applicability of terms and conditions on the contractor.
• Experience working with Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA), Defense Contract Audit Agency(DCAA), Department of Defense (DoD), and LM Aero Process Integrity.
• Familiarization with Maximo-AMS, SAP, Electronic Contracting Environment (ECE).
• Strong communications skills written and verbal.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
