Description:

You will be the Financial Analyst Sr for the ATACMS program finance team. Our team is responsible for driving program business rhythm, analyzing data, and providing financial guidance to program leadership and key stakeholders.



What You Will Be Doing


As the Financial Analyst Sr you will be responsible for delivering timely financial insight, managing program rhythm, and supporting budgetary decisions for the ATACMS program.


Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:



  • Perform program business rhythm with key stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Develop performance metrics and provide variance analysis.
  • Review and validate Estimate to Complete/Estimate at Complete updates.
  • Support budget and schedule for contract work, including funding needs and variance analysis.
  • Prepare quarterly Contract Status Reviews (CSR) for the program.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.


Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in accounting, finance or related area
- Experience conducting Estimate at Complete (EAC) analysis
- Experience establishing/managing program cost baselines
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint & Tableau
- Aptitude to facilitate results, self-starter attitude, process oriented & structured problem solver
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and take on challenging assignments
Desired Skills:
- Defense Industry experience
- Knowledge and experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
- Working knowledge and experience with Oracle, Cobra, and Power BI
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
