This position is for a System Engineer to support the LRHW System Engineering, Integration & Test organization. This position requires strong communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment, and to interface with software developers, test engineers, other system engineers, program management, quality assurance engineers, and customer representatives. Lockheed Martin is seeking a System Engineer for a position in Huntsville, AL.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related technical field
• Knowledge of systems engineering concepts and processes
• Ability to work onsite in Huntsville, Alabama
• Candidate must be able to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance. Obtaining a security clearance requires US Citizenship
Desired Skills:
• Knowledge of development, documentation, and verification of system requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to learn technical concepts
• Familiarity with MBSE and tools such as Cameo
• Familiarity with DOORs
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Effective communication skills with the ability to engage and interact in group meeting/working environments with team members, development organizations and customers.
• Capable of working both independently and within a small team environment.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
