Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Associate Manager to support workforce planning, culture & development. You will work directly with the Manufacturing Senior Manager and play a critical role in shaping the success of our department as we continue to grow rapidly. The ideal candidate possesses proven leadership experience, and the ability to influence and support others through recruitment, coaching, development, and performance management.

What You Will Be Doing:

As a Quality Associate Manager, you will be responsible for driving team culture, providing tools for other leaders to be successful, and ensuring we have the right people and resources to deliver on our goals. Your other key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

-Manpower forecasting

-Organizational workforce planning

-Recruiting support

-Budget alignment

-Employee Development


You will partner closely with departmental leaders to enhance team performance, build a strong culture of accountability and collaboration, and ensure that our people strategy is aligned with operational objectives. You'll play a critical role in driving our department's success.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.


Basic Qualifications:
Must be a US Citizen and have ability to obtain a Secret clearance

Bachelor’s degree in Educational Leadership or a related field (e.g., Engineering, Business, Quality Management).

Talent development and mentoring /coaching abilities

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into clear and concise language

Ability to work within cross-functional groups, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with various teams and stakeholders
Desired Skills:
Business experience in human resources, training or development

Ability to analyze data and present findings tailored to various audiences

Experience implementing a project from start to finish, including planning, execution, and evaluation

Advanced Excel skills
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
