Description:

You will be the Financial Analyst Asc for the Missiles & Fire Control Finance team. Our team is responsible for statistical payroll processing, compensation administration, data analysis, and supporting labor‑reporting functions across the Ocala site.



What You Will Be Doing


As the Financial Analyst Asc you will be responsible for ensuring accurate time‑keeping and payroll data, responding to compensation inquiries, and delivering actionable financial reports.


Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:



  • Perform statistical tasks to ensure correct time‑keeping and payroll data, processing exception items.
  • Respond to hourly and salary compensation inquiries and maintain payroll records.
  • Develop and deliver reports and variance analyses for supervision and management review.
  • Collaborate with First Line Supervisors, Labor Relations, HR, and IT to ensure proper labor reporting.
  • Audit salary‑time attendance system inputs and act as liaison with the Lakeland Service Center and Orlando Labor Accounting.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Information Systems from an accredited college or in a related discipline, or equivalent related experience.

Proficiency with MS Office products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access).

Strong analytical and computer/financial system skills.

Attention to detail and the ability to perform with precision is required.

This position will be located at a facility that requires special access and requires the selected candidate to be a US Citizen.
Desired Skills:
Finance / Accounting experience.

Timekeeping / Payroll experience.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
