You will be the Communications Representative Senior for the Communications Team. Our team is responsible for supporting Missiles and Fire Control operations communications across production, supply chain, quality, facilities, security, and crisis management.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Communications Representative Senior you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated communications plans that align with business objectives and support production ramp efforts.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Collaborate with communicators and internal stakeholders to craft operational communications.
- Design and deliver innovative, integrated communications plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships at all levels across business areas.
- Support crisis communications and onsite event communications.
- Develop and sustain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure message consistency.

Basic Qualifications:• Bachelors degree in Mass Communications, Journalism, Public relations, marketing or related
• Strong writing, editing and oral communications skills with the ability to convey highly complex information in clear, compelling ways.
• Previous integrated marketing communications experience managing multiple projects.
• Experience leading projects and/or project teams.
Desired Skills:• Motivated self-starter who performs without appreciable direction and works effectively under competing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Quick study with an attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
• Dependable to ensure the accuracy and quality of content with minimal supervision.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
