Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work is required plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree or equivalent plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.

 

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:: Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

A Manufacturing Planning Specialist is responsible for developing and overseeing production schedules, managing material requirements, supporting proposals and ensuring timely delivery of components to meet project deadlines. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Acting as a team lead, the Sr Advanced Manufacturing Planning Specialist manage all aspects of production and material support on multiple programs, or one large, very complex program. We’ll rely on you to identify costs and bidding/estimating strategies ensuring all cost/schedule risks are clearly identified and understood by management, as well as assist in detailed proposal analysis with proposal management team. You’ll routinely interface with supply chain and suppliers on primary strategies for negotiation and/or problem resolution.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree or equivalent plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience

Salary Note

This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.

Combined Salary Range

USD $120,000.00 - USD $130,000.00 /Yr.
