Program Manager, F-35 International Development - Level 5

Description:This program management role is responsible for successful development and delivery of country unique air system requirements for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's F-35 program.

This position will be delegated responsibility for development scope within the broader Kingdom of Saudi Arabia program, and will work collaboratively with the Country Program Manager and Integrated Customer Team to ensure development plans and progress support overall program objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Proposal Excellence: Lead proposal activity for development scope, integrated with the broader program capture and proposal efforts.

• Program Execution: Manage cost, schedule and technical delivery of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia development scope. Includes ensuring a well managed scope and requirements baseline, establishing effective program plans and proactive management of risks and opportunities throughout execution.

• Customer Interface: Effectively communicate with internal and external customers, ensuring commitments are achievable, status is well understood and customer expectations are met.
Basic Qualifications:
• Program management experience
• Demonstrated business acumen to include experience in EVMS and performance metrics
• Risk and opportunity management skills
• Experience working with matrix organizations in executing and proposing programs
• Active Secret Clearance
Desired Skills:
• Development expereince
• Familiarity with FMS contracting and international customers
• Experience identifying, influencing and building strong relationships with decision makers, and maintaining long-term customer intimacy
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including ability to address complex matters / solutions with senior leaders
• Proven track record of supporting programs with large and complex systems
• Knowledge of F-35 Program including knowledge of fifth generation fighter programs
• Experience working with international and military customers
• F-35 Special Access Program clearances
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
