Description:You will be the Program Management Senior Staff - Level 5 for the F‑35 Block 4 Software Depot team which is responsible for standing up Organic Software Capability (OSC) depots and the JPO Cloud infrastructure.
What You Will Be Doing As the Program Management Senior Staff - Level 5 you will be responsible for overseeing contract performance, driving proposal development, and coordinating enterprise‑wide program execution to meet schedule, cost, and technical objectives.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage the F‑35 Block 4 software depot stand‑up at four sites and the JPO Cloud infrastructure, ensuring alignment with contract milestones.
- Lead cost, schedule, and technical performance monitoring for existing contracts, using risk management to identify and resolve issues.
- Prepare proposals, work statements, specifications, budgets, and financial terms, and develop a comprehensive program plan that meets contractual commitments.
- Coordinate across enterprise teams to define program status, impact assessments, and requirement alignment for production and sustainment contracts.
- Act as the primary interface with government, contractor leadership, and functional organizations to ensure on‑schedule delivery of products and services that meet quality standards.
- This position requires <25% domestic travel.

Basic Qualifications:· Bachelor's degree or higher.
· Program/Project Management experience on programs involving Department of Defense
Systems or similar programs.
· Experience with DoD Development / Modernization programs or similar programs.
Desired Skills:· Experience with the F-35 Software Development process.
· Multiple team / Integrated team leadership.
· Experience in DoD Contracting and Negotiating.
· Technical/Engineering Experience
· F-35 program experience.
· Demonstrated program management on development efforts.
· Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
· Strong presentation skills and ability to address complex matter / solutions with senior leaders.
· Experience working SAP/SAR programs.
· Ability to manage efforts across multiple disciplines (engineering, business, production, sustainment, etc.)
· Experience as a Cost Account Manager for Earned Value
· Experience with subcontract and supplier management

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
