Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to produce a variety of creative print and digital deliverables
  • Create document designs, including covers, page layouts, inclusive graphics, and image selection
  • Prepare files for digital or offset printing
  • Design brochures and informational handouts for various program outreach efforts and recruitment.

Qualifications

  • TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
  • Minimum five years of experience in graphic design
  • Design creative and compelling communication visuals
  • Demonstrated knowledge of creative problem solving
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Color Theory
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Visualization and Design Concepts
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Branding and Market Identity, Illustrations, Typography, and Decision Briefing
  • Work efficiently on multiple projects quickly and with attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for collaborating with customers and a strong technical aptitude to create deliverables
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud suite including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, and Elements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Experience working in a project-based environment
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
