Job Description
SAIC is seeking a Space Systems Engineer in Chantilly, VA.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Developing artifacts and documents.
- Developing CONOPS and architecture products in support of acquisition-level requirements and interfaces specifications for GEOINT/SIGINT/Multi-INT systems.
- Developing enterprise and functional-level requirements.
- Reviewing, assessing, and determining impacts to enterprise, functional, and system level design requirements, interfaces, architectures, CONOPS and verification plans for adequacy of implementation of customer requirements, interface definitions, concepts and reference architecture.
- Supporting and maintaining architectures, CONOPS and requirements through enterprise configuration management boards and approved RFC processes.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering, science, or related discipline and 0 years of experience.
- US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Top Secret/SCI Clearance with the ability to obtain a Polygraph.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work complex issues, and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated capability and success applying collaborative problem solving & execution skills to multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prepare and present various types of reports to all levels of Management.
- Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office applications.
Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
