  • Translate government priorities and technical objectives into integrated project plans, milestones, work packages, and measurable outcomes.
  • Enable cross-functional teams—including software, platform, data, cybersecurity, engineering, and operations personnel—to deliver high-quality capabilities on schedule.
  • Establish and maintain program controls for scope, schedule, cost, staffing, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and contract deliverables.
  • Monitor program performance, identify emerging execution risks, and drive timely mitigation, escalation, and corrective action.

  • Support Agile delivery through backlog refinement, sprint and release planning, milestone reviews, and continuous improvement of team execution practices.
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level briefings, monthly status reports, financial and schedule updates, technical review materials, meeting minutes, decision records, and after-action reports.
  • Manage client engagements and working sessions; document requirements, decisions, action items, owners, and completion criteria to maintain accountability and alignment.
  • Ensure deliverables are accurate, timely, complete, and compliant with contract requirements, government direction, and LMI policies and quality standards.
  • Foster a collaborative, accountable team culture focused on mission outcomes, transparent communication, and delivery excellence.
  • Respond rapidly to evolving operational needs and perform other program leadership duties required to sustain mission execution.
