You will be the Production Operations Capacity Lead (Level 2) for the LTIAMD Transformation / Go Fast Production team. Our team is responsible for coordinating complex production, development, proposal, and capacity‑planning activities that keep high‑value missile systems on schedule. What You Will Be Doing As the Production Operations Capacity Lead (Level 2) you will be responsible for managing the operational aspects of the PAC‑3 Go Fast Production effort, clearing production constraints, and driving strategic initiatives that increase site capacity and product affordability. | - Bachelor's degree in an associated discipline or equivalent combination of experience and education. - Experience driving high-rate production in a complex manufacturing environment - Strong presentation skills - Ability to obtain a Secret level clearance - Demonstrated effective communication skills including verbal, listening, technical writing and presentations - Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve technical/process issues varying from basic to very complex - Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) - Ability to travel domestic and/or international - Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills, including team building, collaboration and developing enduring business relationships |
- Experience in design for manufacturing or design to cost
- Prior experience leading long term projects across large teams across multiple locations
- Ability to interpret drawings, electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, product/performance specifications and other systems integration technical data
- Ability to effectively present technical information to non-technical people
- Lean / Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification
- Experience working with Government customers
- Experience with LTIAMD production processes
- Intimate knowledge of the Lockheed Martin SAP MRP production control system
- Experience with Lockheed Martin manufacturing and assembly processes
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $70500.00 - $130900.00
