THE WORK
Double Eagle (DE) is seeking a leader with management, leadership, and mission operations background to lead more than one technical engineering and science organization in Las Cruces. The selected candidate will be expected to take on a lead position for multiple DE satellite systems engineering teams in addition to assuming Lockheed Martin leadership responsibilities. The Associate Manager will work closely with DE management, other program leads, and program leadership to drive the DE teams to meet daily operational requirements and long-term program goals. This leadership position responsibilities include:
Direct, coordinate, and exercise functional authority for planning, organizing, control integration, and completion of operations engineering projects
Participate in the preparation of all program reporting mechanisms (e.g., technical highlights, award fee self-assessments, WARs, site status, etc.)

Manages more than one technical engineering and science organization. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
Ability to lead diverse cross-functional team to achieve cost, schedule, and technical goals
Strong system engineering, analytical, and problem-solving skills in a team environment
Knowledge of risk management
Must posses an active TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance, US citizenship required
Understands the value of identifying and managing program risks and opportunities; formulates risk burn down plans and ensures incorporation into project/program plans and schedules; utilizes risk tools to manage projects/progams
Experience with CLIN management and/or staffing projections
Experience with ROMs, ECPs, and BOEs
Experience with automated processing and product quality baselines in 24x7 operations
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00
