In this FBM Program Integration role, you will support the Missions Operations and Secure Infrastructure and Capabilities (SI&C) Facilities organizations to ensure integration of manufacturing and facility efforts to enable the onsite Directorates to seamlessly execute across the FBM Program. Streamlining the communication amongst Directorates with a focus on supporting our customer’s needs. You will have engagement throughout the program lifecycle from establishment of manufacturing facilities, development builds through final production deliveries. While executing the programs interests, you will focus on strategy, givers/receivers, issue resolution, and drive accountability across the various FBM Directorates and Programs.
As a Project Engineer responsible for Program Integration, you will:
• Ensure end-to-end integration of Operational related activities, including support Program Reviews, Quarterly Reviews, Planning Meetings, Technical Director Reviews, Working Groups
Lead/coordinate integration activities at the program level, to include leading Integrated Product Teams.
• Ensure program readiness heading into major milestones, facilitate communication/collaboration across related projects and SSP customers to reduce programmatic risk and ensure operational readiness.
• Coordinate the planning, organizing, control, integration, and completion of Engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility.
• Help develop timely resolution plans of issues, compliance evidence, and all associated documentation
• Help resolve systems engineering and program execution issues quickly to support leadership and customer needs
• Ensure proper coordination/balance of cost, schedule, and technical impacts across activities in a manner that supports schedules.
• General duties will include project management functions such as program planning, contract interpretation, and system integration, as well as cost and risk management.

Coordinates planning, organization, control, integration and completion of engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility. Plans and formulates engineering program; reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications. Evaluates and approves design changes, specification and drawing releases. Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
• Familiarity with operation activities within aerospace or a related industry
• Experience leading or integrating solutions for geographically disperse teams
• US Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00
