LMI is seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to developing innovative software solutions that support AI/ML activities for the Army’s AI2C organization. This is a hybrid position based in Pittsburgh, PA, with an expectation of regular on-site collaboration. This role will support the full software development lifecycle, with responsibilities spanning full-stack application development and DevSecOps practices.
The ideal candidate will have experience designing and developing modern web applications using technologies such as Python and React, building and integrating APIs and data services, and deploying applications through secure, automated CI/CD pipelines. This role requires an engineer who can work across the application stack while helping the team improve how software is built, tested, secured, deployed, and maintained.
This position offers an opportunity to provide technical leadership while strategically growing LMI’s software development footprint with the customer. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, flexible environment and be self-directed, collaborative, and eager to grow technically.

Target Salary Range: $140,000 - 170,000.
Final compensation will be determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to your skills, experience, education, and/or certifications.
