Odyssey has an exciting opportunity for an Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) contractor supporting as a Battle Management, Command, Control, Communications and Space Intelligence (BMC3I) Program Manager for TAPLab on the US Space Force, Space Systems Command, System Delta 85’s TAPLab team.
System Delta 85 (SYD 85) delivers integrated Space Domain Awareness (SDA), missile warning and tracking, Command, Control, and Communication (C3), Battle Management, and Space Intelligence capabilities for the USSF and joint warfighters. Activities include acquisition program management, system, and subsystem engineering, maintenance and supply support, and fielding. Odyssey provides support to the Government in five areas: Product Support, Sustainment Engineering & Sustainment Management, Technical Order Management, Technical User Interface, and System Design, Engineering, and Integration. These tasks are executed laterally with USSF depot and development contractors and other stakeholders.
This is a full-time position at 2424 Garden of the Gods Road in Colorado Springs, CO with the opportunity to telework 1 - 2 days per week at the discretion of the Government.
An A&AS contractor is a knowledgeable and trusted advisor to the Government Program Office. As a BMC3I Program Manager supporting TAPLab, you will work closely with the Government Program Manager and provide Advisory and Assistance Services support in various program management disciplines including development, execution, and oversight of action plans, schedules, finance, funding, risk management, contractual oversight of initiatives associated with the development, modification, upgrade, and sustainment of the mission. You will assist in the oversight of multiple small- to mid-sized contracts developing and fielding war fighting systems. Duties include, but are not limited to:

Minimum Required Qualifications
Clearance: Secret
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering Management, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
Years of Experience: 8 years of directly relevant experience, 5 of which must be in the DoD, OR MA/MS degree and 5 years of directly relevant experience, 3 of which must be in the DoD
Preferred Qualifications
Clearance: Secret
Education: Master's degree in Business, Finance, Systems Engineering, Engineering Management, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
Years of experience: 8 years of directly relevant experience, 5 of which must be in the DoD
Certifications: DAU DAWIA, or equivalent Acquisition Program Management Level II training
