Manages the planning, design and oversight for the construction of new or expanded facilities. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Directs the preparation of architectural, engineering, and cost estimates, functional studies, construction plans, specifications, and schedules. Supervises outside contractors. Oversees the recommendation of architectural and engineering design procedures and standards for the planning and design of facilities. Supervises the detailed design, budgetary costing, standardized construction, and final inspection of facility projects. Oversees construction surveillance to ensure adherence to contractual requirements. Insures engineering consulting services to local and divisional offices is provided.

-Bachelor’s Degree, equivalent experience considered in lieu of a degree
-Strong leadership experience
-Experience in Engineering, production equipment, and/or Project Management
-Knowledge of the principles, practices, and methods of facilities layout, design, engineering, and construction
-Demonstrated experience designing, planning, and implementing small to large-scale capital and overhead projects on time and on budget
-Cost/Schedule integration experience including estimating, forecasting, and reporting.
-Knowledge of processes related to requirements gathering, design, Installation, and commissioning of manufacturing equipment
Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to work effectively with customers, staff, management at various levels.
Leadership experience in a facilities organization with multiple site responsibility and demonstrated management experience comprised of one or a combination of the following areas:

Full-Time Salary Range: $145100.00 - $269500.00
