Job Description
SAIC is hiring a Program Control Administrator. This position requires strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, data entry experience and the ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, particularly in leveraging its features for data accuracy, is essential. This role is 100% remote and does not require a clearance to start.
Under direct supervision, the Program Control Administrator will be responsible for performing detailed and process-driven tasks, including:
- Accurate entry and validation of contract modification information into relevant systems.
- Preparation of purchase requisitions for subcontractor services.
- Coordination, tracking, and auditing of travel requests and expenses.
- Assisting with other administrative and program control duties as directed.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- High School and two (2) years or more related experience.
- No clearance required to start; Ability to obtain a Secret clearance is required to maintain employment.
- US citizenship.
- Demonstrated experience performing data entry and working with basic word processing and spreadsheet applications.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple assignments while maintaining deadlines and quality.
- Intermediate Excel skills for managing and validating data.
- Intermediate-level Mathematics and/or basic Accounting skills.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment with minimal training or experience to determine appropriate courses of action.
- Clear and accurate written and verbal communication skills to carry out assignments, post or copy information, and exchange routine information effectively.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new data entry and verification systems or applications.
Target salary range: $40,001 - $80,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
