Position: SEC Financial Reporting, Senior Analyst I Job Description: We are seeking a SEC Financial Reporting - Senior Analyst I to work in our Englewood, CO office. This position supports our SEC reporting team, which supports all of our global external reporting activities for the company. The ideal candidate possesses knowledge of financial reporting and generally accepted accounting principles, who will thrive in a dynamic business environment. This position will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of the company’s forms 10-Q and 10-K, which will include preparing financial statements, footnote disclosures, and performing technical accounting research.
