Description SAIC is looking for a ServiceNow Inventory Control Associate will support IT Asset Management (ITAM) processes within ServiceNow to track the lifecycle of hardware and software assets. The ITAM lead will also support Knowledge Management to improve operational efficiency and consistency. Provide end-to-end lifecycle management for IT assets, including Government-owned and leased hardware, software, cloud assets, and associated entitlements. Onsite 5 days a week - Washington DC Key Responsibilities: Act as the centralized point of inventory control for hardware assets using ServiceNow. Provide full Hardware Asset Management (HAM) services to maintain accurate visibility, accountability, and lifecycle control of all physical IT assets.
