Overview
The Payroll Analyst supports accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing while providing responsive and exceptional service to employees and leaders. This role requires a foundational understanding of payroll processes, gross-to-net calculations, payroll taxation, multi-state tax requirements, timekeeping, and the automated flow of payroll-related data between multiple systems. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, friendly, personable, and highly detail-oriented. They are analytical, resourceful, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently, researching unfamiliar issues, and taking ownership through resolution.
