The Program Analyst supports the Contract Officer Representative (COR) in managing, monitoring, and overseeing contracts to ensure compliance with federal regulations and company policies. This role involves assisting in the administration of contracts, reporting on contract performance, and serving as a liaison between contractors and the COR. This position is responsible for conducting quality assurance reviews, developing and implementing quality improvement strategies, and providing support to Branch operations to promote efficiency and effectiveness.
