Description: Candidate will perform typical administrative duties for three executives. This will include (not limited to): managing and coordinating calendars, coordinating meeting request, purchasing and managing office and work supplies, assisting in offsite meeting coordination, filing expense reports, as well as coordinating celebration and holiday lunches. Basic Qualifications: - Experience providing Administrative support. - Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) - Experience providing event support, managing email, scheduling, calendars, and meeting coordination.
