Description: Provides administrative assistant support to the Lockheed Martin (LM) Government Affairs (LMGA) Air Force & F-35 Mission Area, Acquisition Excellence Pillar, primarily out of the Fairborn, OH office, but also in remote support of geographically-separated offices outside Eglin AFB, FL and Hanscom AFB, MA. Performs a variety of secretarial and administrative duties for assigned Leader and team members, to include: • Communicating with LM personnel across the company, their non-LM customers, and members of the local communities via phone and personal computer • Maintaining proficiency in Concur’s travel planning software tools, assisting travelers, as needed • Making Travel Card purchases and filing associated expense reports, for self, and assisting others with their expense reports in Concur system • Making Purchasing Card (P-Card) purchases, and conducting monthly reconciliation of P-Card statements from US Bank website • Orchestrating Lockheed-Martin (LM)-hosted...
