Description: The Lockheed Martin Corporate Ethics team is searching for an experienced Administrative Assistant. This position provides administrative support to the Vice President, Ethics and Business Conduct, and Corporate Ethics leadership team. The successful candidate possesses the highest level of integrity in protecting confidential, sensitive information and the ability to professionally represent the Ethics organization. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Manage Executive’s daily schedule and calendar, coordinate recurring leadership meetings, and track attendance and collect leadership input in advance. • Arrange international and domestic travel. Manage receipts and process expense reports • Coordinate the scheduling of domestic and international consultant training • Track and report on Ethics Awareness Training and Business Conduct Compliance to 100%. • Inventory, manage, and distribute Ethics materials (e.g., Printed Code, Ethics Coins, EIE items)...
