Description SAIC is seeking an Administrative Assistant for our Hanahan, SC location. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to management and team members. Prepare, edit, and maintain documents, spreadsheets, reports, and presentations. Create and schedule transportation shipment request. Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems. Assist with data entry and record keeping while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Handle routine correspondence and follow up on outstanding tasks. Assist with special projects and perform other administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications Required Education and Experience: High School Diploma (Bachelors degree preferred). Five (5)+ years of administrative assistant, office assistant, or related experience preferred. Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
