Position Summary
Odyssey is seeking a full-time, motivated, organized, and solutions-focused individual to serve as the Office Manager for our Lincoln, MA facility. This professional is critical in ensuring smooth daily operations, facilitating communication across teams, supporting leadership, and maintaining a productive, compliant, and welcoming work environment. The Office Manager will interface with personnel at all levels and help ensure the effective execution of programs within the Operations Group and the broader Odyssey organization. This is a full-time, in-office role (Monday–Thursday), supporting a dynamic, high‑functioning team.
