Description: We are seeking a Sr. Administrative Assistant to join our team in Palmdale, CA! What You Will Be Doing Perform as an Administrative Assistant for a multi-manager organization with the ability to perform normal office functions and variety of secretarial administrative duties for the leadership team. Duties will include phone and calendar support, general office coordination, and supply procurement. The candidate will be required to compile monthly overhead spending status reports and analysis. Candidate will be required to support some business traveler arrangement and expense report completion.
