Description SAIC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the USMC team in Hanahan, SC. This individual will play a critical role in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly by supporting a team of approximately 100 personnel across a range of administrative functions. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, defense-contractor environment and can manage multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion. This position will be hybrid requiring at least 1-4 days onsite per week. Job Duties: Coordinate and book domestic travel (flights, lodging, ground transportation, per diem) in line with company and government policies; maintain travel calendars and serve as primary contact for travel issues.
