Description: Administrative Assistant to the Aircraft Maintenance Senior Manager for F-35 Flight Test at Nas Pax River. Duties consist of, but are not limited to: screening callers, arranging meetings, managing office mail/e-mail/facsimiles and other correspondence and ensure all correspondence is accurate, complete and properly handled. In addition, maintain calendars, make travel arrangements, expense reports, submitting catering requests, order office supplies and maintain office equipment. Coordinate and prepare gate passes, badges. Facilitate onboarding and offboarding transitional arrangements for new and departing employees. Make all arrangements for on and off-site meetings, teleconferences and conferences, chart/agenda reproduction. Assist with Directorate Communication and Recognition Programs.
