Position: Executive Assistant to Region/Business Unit President Job Description: What You’ll Be Doing Provides day-to-day administrative support to Business Unit President, including sales operations, and project-related matters. Arranges meetings and conferences, coordinates, and prepares meeting materials, and distributes minutes of meetings. Schedules and maintains calendar of appointments, meetings, travel itineraries and coordinates related arrangements. Facilitate agenda alignment among Regional VPs in India, ASEAN, ANZ, Korea, and Japan. Coordinate agendas with Senior Executive Committee staff members in Denver, USA. Strategize and execute Staff Meetings, Quarterly Business Reviews, and Townhalls. Manage key initiatives through effective project management. Assist in the finalization of Power Point Presentations.
