Description SAIC is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer/Draftsman experienced in 2D layouts and 3D models of machinery, tools, and components using CAD software based on engineer specifications. The individual should be able to take drawings and models from different sources and convert them to a production ready format. The candidate should have experience in design of piece part, subassembly, final assembly, integration, 2D drawings and 3D models, and creation and maintenance of multi-level, indentured BOM, Configuration Management principles, MRP/ERP, and other systems used for managing technical documentation. Qualifications Required Experience and Education: B.S. in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or equivalent and two (2) years or more experience.
