Description: You will be the Mechanical Design Engineer for the Mechanism Design Team which is responsible for creating high‑performance mechanical systems for LM ADP and F‑35 aircraft. What You Will Be Doing As the Mechanical Design Engineer you will be responsible for delivering robust mechanism designs, from concept through production, while partnering with program, manufacturing, and supplier teams. Your responsibilities will include: Develop kinematic models and detailed mechanism layouts. Design machined and composite parts, and generate release drawings with 3‑D annotation. Create sweep models and rigging procedures for mechanisms. Provide technical engineering support for manufacturing, installation, and testing at Lockheed Martin and supplier facilities.
