Description: Manage a team of business development professionals responsible for strategy and business growth for the Missile Defense & Space Surveillance (MD&SS) subsegment of Radar Sensor Systems (RSS). The team will lead the development of integrated business and capture strategies to identify and pursue MMDS opportunities to meet growth expectations under several customer organizations primarily within Missile Defense Agency (MDA), Golden Dome America Program Office, and International allied partners. The successful candidate will mentor and develop employees on all aspects of the win plan, customer relationship building and capture development.
