Description: The Mission Strategy and Advanced Capabilities (MSAC) is looking for a Financial Strategist and Investment professional to assist in the management of a diverse portfolio of Overhead, MA, Bid & Proposal and IRAD projects. This includes the internal and external management of a complex set of data and financial information. As a critical member of the team, this individual will work with leadership and portfolio leads to manage a >$250M overhead and investment portfolio. The ideal candidate for this role should have exceptional organizational and communication skills, the ability to effectively coordinate across diverse and distributed teams, and expertise in IRAD, BD and capture strategy, processes, tools and budget tracking.
