Position Summary As part of Odyssey’s team of Growth professionals, the Senior Business Development Manager (BDM), Dept of Navy, will successfully  identify , qualify, and  maintain  a funnel of new business opportunities, and lead growth initiatives for the organization. This market is green field for Odyssey, and as such requires an enthusiastic self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who is hungry to create and build a portfolio from scratch. Success in this position requires a proactive approach and a deep understanding of the Dept of Navy market.  Working closely with the five operational business group Executive Directors (Aviation, C2ISR, CCN2, Space and Missile Defense, Life Sciences), this BDM reports directly to the Executive Director,  BD  and Capture. This is a full-time hybrid role ideally based out of a Fleet concentration area (San Diego, Tidewater VA, Groton CT) or an Odyssey corporate office....
