Oversee additional Aeronautics sites, directing staff, delivering training, establishing career‑development plans, and mentoring team members on increasingly complex proposals while maintaining secure proposal facilities. Forecast workload, develop budget estimates, and balance internal and external resources to meet campaign demands, coordinating proposal‑management support across locations as needed.
