Position Summary
As part of Odyssey’s team of Growth professionals, the Business Development Manager (BDM), Dept of Army will successfully identify, qualify, shape and maintain a funnel of new business opportunities, and lead growth initiatives for the organization. This is a new market for Odyssey, and as such requires an enthusiastic self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who is hungry to help create and build a portfolio from scratch. Success in this position requires a proactive approach and a deep understanding of the Dept of Army market. BD Team members serve as the relationship holders with Army customers and will be the conduit between Army clients and the remainder of the Odyssey growth team, helping convey important client perspectives across our organization and communicating our value to current and potential customers.
