Description: WHAT WE’RE DOING The Sikorsky Strategy & Business Development organization recently completed a strategic reorganization that realigned market segment portfolios for greater operational efficiency and sharper market focus. This transformation positions the Marine Corps Systems (MCS) segment for accelerated growth in both domestic and international markets. The MCS Market Segment Director leads the segment; the Senior Manager reports to this Director to execute the Director’s strategy, drive capture activities, and serve as the primary liaison for the MCS segment across all business development functions. THE WORK Strategic Execution • Translate the Director’s LRP and market segment strategy into actionable BD plans for both domestic and in support of international MCS opportunities.
