Description: This occupation performs the scope of complete aircraft assembly at all stages of production prior to flight line operations. An employee in this position may perform a wide variety of operations across multiple skill sets with highly concurrent assembly of aircraft structures, systems installations, and verifications. This occupation requires performing the complete assembly, installation, and integral mating of structural components, sub-assemblies, and assemblies. This includes rework, repair, and incorporation of design changes during major component assembly, mate, and final assembly. Works from detail, assembly, and installation blueprints, production illustrations, 3D models, planning, or other authorized documents.
