This occupation requires the installation, maintenance, repair, overhaul and modification of plant air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration systems, and equipment, including low temperature cascade systems, Building Automation Systems (BAS) and steam boiler, gas-fired heating equipment (excludes installation of ducts and utility feed lines). Operate centrifugal chillers, cooling towers, hot water and steam boilers and air handling systems per manufacturers’ recommendations and management directives.
